Once again, Institut Curie sponsored and participated in the 4th course on Oncology which took place in Wuhan – China, October 18-21 2016.
The different sessions organized by the Sino-French School of Oncology allowed our CURIE researchers represented by Alain Mauviel and Olivier Ayrault (U1021 / UMR 3347) to strengthen the awareness of the young Chinese students and researchers in the fight against cancer and its progress in France. Let’s highlight Julie Talbot’s (postdoc in Alain Mauviel’s lab) presentation ; thanks to a grant from Gefluc association she could join this course and contribute to the scientific impact of France in China.
"I deeply thank Gefluc association for giving me the opportunity to participate in this French-Chinese exchange. This experience was not only very interesting but also enriching for my career" - Julie Talbot -
Let’s hope that these exchanges will continue to facilitate interactions and allow the development of constructive collaborations between the academic and industrial French and Chinese worlds.
