R & Biostatistics / U900 - 2014

The U900 offers a series of courses in Biostatistics, Bioinformatics and NGS data analysis to the staff of the Institut Curie, Research Center and Hospital Group. The program includes:
            - Approaches in biostatistics and research, explaining to participants the principles, methodologies, use of statistical methods and application in biology and clinical research.
            - Courses on software R which will be delivered in the form of additional exercises. The basis of the programming language R will be discussed and statistical approaches presented in the theoretical part will be implemented.
            - Application of skills acquired over a personal dataset.

This course is dedicated to all the people working at the Institut Curie.

12 attendees will be selected based on motivation statement.
