1st ENTYAC European Course about “Teenagers and Young Adults with cancer”- 2013

Multidisciplinary perspectives on care of European teenagers and young adults (TYA) with cancer

This European Course has been organised with the European Network for Teenagers and Young Adults with Cancer (ENTYAC) and will discuss the global approach to taking care of TYA cancer patients. Points of discussion include: - a multi-professional, pan-European point of view, including paediatric and adult cancer and health care specialists - an exchange of information between clinical and biological approaches. We aim to better understand and compare the multi-disciplinary and international approaches which can improve clinical practice and patient care.

Doctors in training, nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and health care givers, from paediatric or “adult” backgrounds, able to understand and speak English

100 participants– 40 Doctors and 60 other health care specialists.
